This item is made of 12 or 24 micron, one-sided metallised Polyester Film that is metallised with aluminium & colour coated with resin by high technique. Other thicknesses of the polyester Film such as 36 & 75 micron can be supplied on request with the minimum quantity to be specified.

Standard widths are 1/69" (0.37 mm) & 1/110" (0.22 mm). Custom widths can be supplied from a minimum of 1/116" to a maximum 1/16" as per the customers requirement. The widths available are 1/116", 1/110", 1/100", 1/92", 1/85", 1/69", 1/32" & 1/16" supplied on spools/bobbins of 100 gms, 150 gms, 170 gms & 300 gms net weight. For the purpose of embroidery there are special bobbins of 4,000 metres in length.

METALLIC FIBRES (Metallic Yarn cut into 51 mm.)

Any 24-micron metallic yarn is cut into 51 mm. Foam sponges are covered with this and it is used for cleaning of dishes, pots etc.
